Which animals can I play right now?

The Saber-tooth Cat badge is earned by hunting and killing a Peccary. The Ancient Bison badge is earned by marking a predator, which the animal guide describes doing as a Western Horse. The Columbian Mammoth badge is earned by completing the mammoth quest: interact with a mammoth skeleton so fossil zones appear, then collect the fossils in those zones. What are Tracks?
Tracks are the currency used to buy animal coats. The published shop ladder is Default free, Tier 1 at 300, Tier 2 at 500, Tier 3 at 1000, and Tier 4 at 3000.
